She has a degree in Education Sciences (UBA) and a Ph.D. in Education (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid). She teaches at graduate programs offered by the School of Government at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and in Escuela de Maestros (Ministery of Education in Buenos Aires) and works in several professional development projects for school principals and coordinators.
She has taught in kindergarten level, primary and secondary schools and has served as professor of graduate programs at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Universidad de Córdoba and Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
Her main research areas involve School Improvement and Educational Management and she is a member of the Educational Change for Social Justice Research Group (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid). She has published several papers in both national and international journals. he is currently the Head of Arlene Fern Community School (Buenos Aires, Argentina).
