Associate Professor of Didactics and School Organization at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education of the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM). PhD in Educational Sciences, specialty Early Care from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM). Diploma in Pedagogy from the UCM. Master in Neuropsychology and Multiple Intelligences in Early Education from the Camilo José Cela University (UCJC).
She combines her teaching work at the university with the commitment and education of groups at risk of social exclusion as an Educator of Minors derived from Social Services. Education is the key to breaking the vicious circle of poverty and inequality and that is the main reason that has driven this educator, for more than 14 years, to empower children, youth and women with whom works daily.
Member of the Research Group “Educational Change for Social Justice (GICE)”. Author of various publications in scientific journals, in National and International congresses.
Currently, his research work is directed to the field of study of Neurodevelopment, Early Care, attention to diversity and good practices in the face of school failure in contexts of social exclusion.
