Assistant Professor Doctor of the Area of ​​Research Methods and Diagnosis in Education (MIDE) of the Department of Didactics and Theory of Education of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education of the Autonomous University of Madrid. PhD in Educational Sciences from the Autonomous University of Madrid, with a PhD scholarship for University Professorship (FPU) of competitive concurrency, granted by the Ministry. Diploma in Educational Sciences in the specialty of Infant Education teacher from the University of Lleida and a degree in Psychopedagogy from the Autonomous University of Madrid. Master in Improvement and Quality of Education at the Autonomous University of Madrid, focused on the specialty of teacher evaluation.

She has been a training scholarship by the Ministry of Education in the 2010-2011 academic year, exercising support and research in the Department of Educational Theories and Didactics, at the Autonomous University of Madrid. She has also been a research fellow at the Autonomous University of Madrid, the 2011-2012 academic year.

She is a research member of the Educational Change Research Group for Social Justice. He is also a member of the Research Network on Leadership and Educational Improvement (RILME) and the Interuniversity Association of Pedagogical Research (AIDIPE). She has particípate in 10 competitive competition research projects. She has collaborated in four teaching innovation projects of the Continuing Education Program of the Autonomous University of Madrid.

She is the editor of the Ibero-American Journal of Educational Evaluation and the International Journal of Education for Social Justice (RIEJS) and is the evaluator of numerous national and international reviews. It has a total of 25 publications, including 1 JCR paper, 9 SCOPUS papers, 9 editorials and 1 book’ chapter.
